Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Ogi & Wesley, [Via Simon Aichner, 2 Rasun-Anterselva, BZ, Italy, info@manuelschneider.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are required to return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.
