Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

• A flat shipping rate of €9.99 applies to all orders.
• Alternatively, you can choose local pickup in Bruneck. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup location and time.

Processing Time:

• All orders are collected and processed in batches. The next shipping cutoff date is always displayed on our website.

   

• Orders placed before the cutoff date will be shipped together shortly after. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next batch.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times depend on the current cutoff cycle and may vary accordingly.

Carriers:
We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure your order reaches you on time.

Customs and Import Taxes:
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
